Composition
Burdock leaf or root, Ash leaf, Dandelion leaf, Wild pansy, Stinging nettle.
Advice
Infuse 10 mins to a dose of 1 tbsp/l of water. This herbal tea can be bitter: we advise that you reduce the dosage if you find the taste unpleasant.
